Customer Service Representative - Summer 2024 (Montreal)
On a day to day basis, you will:

Requirements

- 3 months to year experience working in sales/customer relations in any industry

Mechanics / Technicians - Full Time (Montreal)
We are looking for an experienced mechanic to join our team. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills through on the job training, all while working in an environment that is fast-paced, fun, collaborative, and with a purpose. NO industry experience needed.
On a day to day basis, you will:
-Become a vehicle expert, knowing them inside and out
-Be an ambassador for our brands
-Carry out inventory management
-Ensure the maximum number of vehicles are working and on the road
-Carry out planned and on the spot inspections, maintenance, and repair work across Montreal
-Work independently in the field and travel 30% of the time within a set geographical area
-Follow all guidelines and maintain our quality standards
-Meet and work with clients on location and in our warehouse to carry out repairs
-Provide support to the operations team when necessary
-Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering and manufacturing team
to provide feedback and enable them to continuously improve our products.
Requirements
-Hold a valid (car) driver’s license
-Bilingual (French, English)
-Able to work a flexible schedule (including week-ends)
-Mechanic certificate OR 1-3 year work experience as a mechanic (any industry welcome)
-Be customer-focused
-Good communication skills
-A quick learner
-Hold yourself at a high standard of quality and efficiency
-Bonus if you have working knowledge of electrical circuits and soldering

Apprentice Mechanics/Trainees (Paid Summer Internships)

As a intern, you’ll ensure our e-scooters and e-bikes are running at their best every day and keep our customers happy.
