We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as defined here and in the documentation included with your product. Our guarantee starts from the date you receive your product. This warranty only applies to NIU, SEGWAY or DYAD branded products that we sell and distribute.
Transferable Warranty
JUSST warranty can be transferred from the original owner to a new owner as long as the JUSST original invoice is included in the resale. JUSST honors a warranty when the owner can present proof of the original date of purchase.
Transferable warranty applies to electric bikes and scooters only.

— Mistakes following the instructions and warnings provided in the user manual or given by a JUSST representative (whether verbally or in writing)
— Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with the vehicle, as sold
— Damage due to an accident, fire, misuse, abuse, theft, or neglect
— Use for purposes other than for which the vehicle was designed, or involved in commercial use, unless the product is built and explicitly promoted for commercial use – such as commercial delivery or illegal activities
— Rust, corrosion, or defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle could be exposed (ex. ice, snow, seawater, etc.)
— Cracking of the frame caused by an excessive load
— Bent out of shape wheel or motor caused by poor road conditions
— Flat tires

How to Obtain Warranty Service
We are the manufacturer, distributor and retailer of DYAD-branded products. If you have a problem and have bought your product directly from us, please contact our customer service department. We will be happy to assist you. However, if the original purchase was made from an official DYAD resellers, please contact that reseller. They will take care of the warranty claim with us.
What Do We Do in Case of a Warranty Claim
If during the warranty period you submit a claim to us or a reseller, according to the situation, we will:
(i) repair the product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
(ii) replace the product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
(iii) exchange the product for a refund of your purchase price
If a part or product is replaced or if a refund is given, any replacement product will become your property and the refunded or replaced product will belong to us.
A replacement part or product or a repaired product will remain covered by the remaining warranty of the original product or for a period of 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
How Do We Provide Warranty Service

(i) Drop-off service. You can drop off the product to be repaired at a JUSST store or an affiliate. Once the repair has been completed, you may pick up your product.
(ii) Mail-in service. We may ask you to mail your product for warranty coverage. We will send you a return label and packaging materials (if necessary) to allow you to ship your product. Once the repair is completed, JUSST or an affiliate will return your product to you. If you return a defective product, we'll pay for the shipping fees if your claim is valid and occurs within the 14-day period indicated in our return policy. After this time, you agree to pay for the shipping fees. We suggest that you carefully inspect any new product and use it as often as possible during the first 14 days.
(iii) Van pick-up/drop-off service. In select cities, we may schedule a van to pick up and/or drop off your product. Once the repair is completed, JUSST or an affiliate will either return your product to you or you may pick it up. We'll pay for the pick-up and/or drop-off fees if your claim is valid and occurs within the 14-day period indicated in our return policy. After this time, you agree to pay for the pick-up and/or drop-off fees. We suggest that you carefully inspect any new product and use it as often as possible during the first 14 days.
(iv) Mobile repair service. In select cities, we offer a mobile repair service. A mobile mechanic may come to you with all the skills and tools needed to repair your product on-site. We'll cover the travel costs for our mobile mechanic if your claim is valid and occurs within the 14-day period indicated in our return policy. After this time, you agree to pay for the travel costs of our mobile mechanic. We suggest that you carefully inspect any new product and use it as often as possible during the first 14 days.
(v) Do-it-yourself. We may send you a replacement part or accessory, along with installation instructions, if applicable.
Note: We are not responsible for any labor costs you incur relating to a do-it-yourself service. You may have to return the defective part before we can send you a new part or product. For any assistance, feel free to contact us.

Outlet Products
Just like new products, outlet products are also covered by JUSST warranty. Our warranty on outlet products starts from the date you receive your product, and is valid only if your product was purchased directly from us — online or in-store.
Transferable Warranty
JUSST warranty on refurbished, open box, and clearance products can be transferred from the original owner to a new owner as long as the JUSST original invoice is included in the resale. JUSST honors a warranty when the owner can present proof of the original date of purchase.

(v) Do-it-yourself. We may send you a replacement part or accessory, along with installation instructions, if applicable.

The following clearance vehicle warranty only applies to vehicles that do not need to be registered as motor vehicles in cities where our stores operate.

— Improper assembly or general maintenance
— Improper repair or follow-up maintenance by one of our representatives or under direct supervision of one of our representatives (online, phone, in-person, etc.)
— Mistakes following the instructions and warnings provided in the user manual or given by a JUSST representative (whether verbally or in writing)
— Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with the vehicle, as sold
— Damage due to an accident, fire, misuse, abuse, theft, or neglect
— Use for purposes other than for which the vehicle was designed, or involved in commercial use, unless the product is built and explicitly promoted for commercial use – such as commercial delivery or illegal activities
— Rust, corrosion, or defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle could be exposed (ex. ice, snow, seawater, etc.)
— Cracking of the frame caused by an excessive load
— Bent out of shape wheel or motor caused by poor road conditions
— Flat tires
User manuals provide more disclaimers and limitations of liability that are incorporated into the warranty. It is the product owner’s responsibility to read the user manuals.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
The voluntary warranty we offer on clearance products is only valid if the product is originally purchased from JUSST. If you have a problem and have bought your clearance product directly from JUSST itself, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
What Do We Do in Case of a Warranty Claim
If during the warranty period you submit a claim to us, according to the situation, we will:
(i) repair the product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to those of your original purchase in performance and reliability, or
(ii) replace the product with a product that is equivalent to your original purchase in performance and reliability, or
(iii) exchange the product for a refund of your purchase price
If a part or product is replaced or if a refund is given, any replacement product will become your property and the refunded or replaced part or product will belong to us.
A replacement part or product or a repaired product will remain covered by the remaining warranty of the original product or for a period of 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
How Do We Provide Warranty Service
Depending on the case,, we provide warranty service through one of the following methods:
(i) Drop-off service. You can drop off the product to be repaired at a JUSST store or an affiliate. Once the repair has been completed, you may pick up your product.
(ii) Mail-in service. We may ask you to mail your product for warranty coverage. We will send you a return label and packaging materials (if necessary) to allow you to ship your product. Once the repair is completed, JUSST or an affiliate will return your product to you. If you return a defective product, we'll pay for the shipping fees if your claim is valid and occurs within the 14-day period indicated in our return policy. After this time, you agree to pay for the shipping fees. We suggest that you carefully inspect any new product and use it as often as possible during the first 14 days.
(iii) Van pick-up/drop-off service. In select cities, we may schedule a van to pick up and/or drop off your product. Once the repair is completed, JUSST or an affiliate will either return your product to you or you may pick it up. We'll pay for the pick-up and/or drop-off fees if your claim is valid and occurs within the 14-day period indicated in our return policy. After this time, you agree to pay for the pick-up and/or drop-off fees. We suggest that you carefully inspect any new product and use it as often as possible during the first 14 days.

Other brands are covered by their manufacturer or distributor, even if they are packaged or sold with DYAD, NIU or SEGWAY equipment. For any claim, you will need to contact the manufacturers or distributors of these products.
