How It Works?
Flexible Delivery Time. We'll contact you to book a date and time for your delivery that suits your schedule.
Ready to Ride. Your new bike or scooter will arrive fully assembled and ready to ride. Upon delivery, we’ll show you how your new scooter or bike works and answer any questions you might have.
Easy Returns. We want you to love your bike or scooter. However, if you're having second thoughts, you may return it within 14-day period. Discover your options for making a return by looking into our Return Policy.
ID Required for Package Delivery
At the time of delivery, you'll need to show:
1. Your government-issued photo ID
2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
3. Your order number
Who Can Receive Your Order
Only you can receive your product(s) with 2 pieces of government-issued photo ID.
For gifts, we suggest you buy an e-gift card.
Order Delivery Time
Products in stock are normally delivered within 1 – 3 business days following the day the order was placed, on the agreed delivery time. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
All orders will be delivered on Monday to Friday.
Pre-ordered products will be available for delivery on or after their release date.
Cities We Deliver In
Items Damaged in Transit
If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". Take pictures of the product and contact us with details of the delivery, and photos of damage.
If the order still hasn’t been delivered, you are free to cancel your order at any time without penalty. Notify us that you'd like to cancel, and we will issue a 100% refund.
Cancelling or modifying an order without paying fees any time after it has delivered is not possible. If you can, refuse the shipment when the driver attempts delivery. When the product is returned, received, and inspected by our team, the round trip shipping fees + credit card processing fee of 3% (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund and the balance will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Local delivery is not available in the following cases:
- Lightweight products (ex. electric kick scooters, accessories, parts) for which shipping is a better and faster option.
- Rentals or sightseeing products are not eligible for free delivery.
- Delivery fees are always charged for orders made with a physical gift card.
- Product discounted to 30% and up, or products identified as CLEARANCE PRODUCTS are not eligible for free delivery. If one or more products in your order is ON CLEARANCE, the delivery fees will be charged for the entire order. We suggest you split your order between clearance items and regular priced products to take advantage of our free delivery.
