Store pick up is the fastest way to get your purchases. Place your order online for pickup at a store near you, and we’ll get your order ready in as little as 2 hours. Visit our store locator to see your store's hours.
How It Works?
- Place your order online, then select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, and choose a nearby store.
- Wait for your "Ready To Pick Up" notification. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup, so you know when to head to the store.
- Pick up your order at the store. Please bring your order pickup notification and 2 pieces of ID.
What Do I Need to Bring to Pick Up My Order?
Be Sure To Bring:
1. 2 pieces of government-issued photo ID
2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
3. Your order pickup notification
When Will My Order Be Ready?
Your product will be available for pickup within a few hours to one business day at most. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup, so you know when to head to the store.
Pickups are available during store operating hours.
How Long Do I Have to Pick Up my Order?
We'll hold your products at the store for 3 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
If you can’t pick up your order within 3 days and you don’t want it to be cancelled, check your order details for extended pickup options.
Who Can Pick Up Your Order
Only you can pick up your order at the store. Please bring your order notification and 2 pieces of government-issued photo ID, and the original payment method.
For gifts, we suggest you buy an e-gift card.
Wait for Your Ready for Pickup Notification
We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup, so you know when to head to the store.
Pre-ordered products will be available for pickup on or after their release date.
You are free to cancel your order at any time without penalty. Notify us that you'd like to cancel, and we will issue a 100% refund.
