In-stock products are shipped from Canada within 1-2 business days through UPS standard shipping.

Some restrictions apply for large or heavy products: these products are ineligible for free shipping. Orders under $99 will be charged a shipping fee.
In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been shipped. We usually ship by ground via UPS.
Delivery can take up to 10 business days subject to the delivery address.
Taxes are charged based on the order destination and will vary per state or province.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged".
If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the shipping company immediately.
Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Take pictures of damage and ask the freight company for a confirmation or claim number. Please contact us describing the damage, including photos and confirmation number from freight company. Do not throw away original packaging.
If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped out as fast as possible.
If the order still hasn’t been shipped or delivered, you are free to cancel your order at any time without penalty. Notify us that you'd like to cancel, and we will issue a 100% refund.
Canceling or modifying an order without paying fees any time after it has shipped or delivered is not possible. If possible, refuse the shipment when the courier service attempts delivery. This will reroute the package back to our facilities. If this is not possible and the order must be delivered, please mention it to our Support Service and make sure to not unpack or use the product. When the product is returned, received, and inspected by our team, the round trip shipping fees + credit card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund and the balance will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Pre-Order/Back Order Cancellation
If the order still hasn’t been shipped or delivered, you are free to cancel your pre-order or back order at any time without penalty. Notify us that you'd like to cancel, and we will issue a 100% refund.
If the order has been shipped or delivered, the round trip shipping fee + 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Where We Do Not Ship To
In the United States, we don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
In Canada, we don't ship to Nunavik, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or the Yukon.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APOs or military addresses.
Products that Cannot Be Shipped
The following products do not ship and are only available for in-store pick up or local delivery:
- Stand-alone batteries (meaning alone and not installed in a device or packed with the bike or scooter they will power)
- Products that legally qualify as motor vehicles and require a driver’s license (ex. NIU NQi, MQi, etc).
Products Non-Eligible for Free Shipping
Large or heavy products (ex. NIU UQi Pro/UQi+) will have a shipping fee applied to them. Those products will need our scheduled delivery service, and this service comes with an additional cost, even if an order is more than $99.
